Anna Crockett: Director & Co-founder
Anna is a seasoned media planning and buying expert with deep experience delivering impactful, insight-led campaigns across the public sector, NHS, education, third sector, and charities.
Using her strong long-standing relationship with media suppliers, she ensures that more of your budget goes toward impact – not overheads. Anna manages campaigns with precision and purpose and ensures every budget, big or small, is used to maximum effect.
With a First-Class BA (Hons) In Health & Social Wellbeing, Anna brings a strong theoretical grounding in key public sector issues, including inequality, health outcomes, community profiling, housing, and behavioural change-all of which inform her strategic and empathetic approach to communications.

Rachael is a bright-thinking, experienced marketeer with a passion for advertising and creativity at her core. With a focus on empowering brands and elevating businesses, her approach is grounded in building genuine relationships, with trust and respect at the centre, often turning clients into long-standing collaborators and friends.

Helen Roughley: Head of Media Operations
Having spent over a decade in marketing for entertainment venues and leisure attractions, Helen knows exactly what our clients need to be assured they are in capable hands – because she used to be one!
Passionate about strategy (and powered by Diet Coke), Helen brings a fresh, insider perspective to the team along with her experience in crafting multi-channel marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and PR initiatives.
Helen’s value is her ability to ensure all the plans for each channel align with each other and amplify their performance holistically. She also ensures our practices and policies are compliant with GDPR and industry best practice.

Becca Fadden: Head of Digital
Becca is a highly experienced digital strategist with over 12 years in crafting data-led campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
She’s worked both agency-side and in-house, including at the University of Liverpool, where she deepened her understanding of the education sector.
Becca leads on strategy, campaign optimisation, and advanced analytics, including creating custom dashboards for our clients. Her insight into audience behaviour and channel trends fuels innovative, cross-channel approaches.
Outside of work, Becca brings creativity to the stage as a stand-up comedian, because who says marketers can’t be comedians too?

Ant Riley: Head of Creative
Ant Riley, aka The Creative Giant, brings over 16 years of creative expertise, honed through an award-winning career in radio and multimedia production. From scripting and producing audio to full-scale video campaigns, Ant transforms briefs into compelling stories across digital, OOH, and broadcast.
He’s worked with clients ranging from Liverpool John Moores University to Visit Southport, always delivering smooth, end-to-end creative services.
A proud Bolton lad with a lifelong love of storytelling, Ant’s love of creativity is matched only by his passion for comic books and football – though the scores sometimes bring a tear to his eye.

Rik Ashdown: Senior Creative Designer
Rik Ashdown is a multi-disciplinary designer with over 25 years of experience spanning illustration, animation, digital design, and a specialism in OOH advertising.
From graffiti roots to global campaigns for Google and Revolution Beauty, Rik blends bold creativity with deep production know-how. He’s led public sector projects for the NHS, the British Army, and the Taiwanese government, and designed the UK’s first animatronic billboard!
Known for his sharp eye and sharper wit, Rik’s work has earned nine creative business awards. When he’s not designing, you’ll find him consulting on branding – or writing about art, design and visual culture.

Anees is a seasoned digital marketing specialist with over seven years of experience delivering high-impact campaigns across the public sector, including education, leisure, and local government.
He excels in developing precise targeting strategies, optimising channel budgets, and managing end-to-end campaign execution. Anees closely monitors performance, applying key optimisations and providing transparent, insight-driven reporting.
His additional expertise in web development and SEO allows him to advise on landing page optimisation, enhancing conversion rates and technical performance. Having worked with clients such as Coleg Gwent and Liverpool Council, Anees brings a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and how to achieve measurable results.

Senior Account Manager
Christopher brings a wealth of experience in managing end-to-end campaigns across OOH, digital, guerrilla, B2C, and B2B channels.
Passionate about using marketing and behavioural change as a force for good, he believes effective communication can shift perspectives and create lasting impact within communities. A strategic thinker and natural problem-solver, Christopher keeps stakeholders informed and ensures all activity is delivered to a high standard.
His easy charm and calm manner make him a trusted collaborator. Outside of work, he’s passionate about sustainability, running, and all things sport – always up for a challenge, whether it’s on the trails or in a campaign!

Ollie Paxton: Account Director
Based in Edinburgh, Ollie is PSM’s resident expert on all things Scottish media. With more than 10 years’ experience across OOH, radio, digital audio and online channels, he combines audience insight, media know-how and a collaborative approach to help clients get the most from their campaigns. Whether he’s planning activity across Scotland or advising on the wider UK media landscape, Ollie is passionate about delivering campaigns that make a genuine impact.
Outside of work, you’ll find him playing guitar, taking centre stage at karaoke, cheering on Hearts, or training for his next marathon. He’s also proud to serve as a trustee of the charity SiMBA.

Jo Mclenaghan: Client Partnership Manager
Jo has over 25 years’ experience in media, marketing, and client partnerships.
Jo is passionate about using communications to create positive behaviour change and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. She work closely with the public sector and charity organisations across campaigns specialising in public health, fostering /adoption, recycling/food waste, and education ensuring community engagement creating social and cultural positive changes.
Jo’s extensive experience spans traditional media, digital, programmatic and emerging technologies, enabling her to find creative, targeted, and cost-effective solutions which reach all social demographics at each touchpoint.
Jo is naturally collaborative, resourceful, and results driven. She has a love of storytelling and seeing great ideas turn into campaigns that make a genuine difference.

Bebe’s Hive
Bebe’s Hive offers a safe, creative place for children to explore grief in their own way. It is a place where little ones can feel, create, and begin to heal after loss. In Summer 2025. Public Sector Media were able to support them by using our skills in advertising to promote their cause free of charge.

Standing Tall Foundation
Our company Co-director, Rachael Parry Jones is proud to be the Vice president of the Standing Tall foundation. The Standing Tall Foundation supports the mental and physical wellbeing of diverse community groups by offering services such as counselling, addiction recovery assistance, and initiatives that encourage physical activity. In addition, the Foundation provides advisory support to individuals facing financial hardship, including those experiencing homelessness, to further extend its impact within the community.

Protecting our Planet
We are on our way to Net Zero! To offset our carbon emissions, we’re planting trees with Make it Wild. They absorb carbon, produce oxygen and support insects, birds and small mammals – and will do so for decades to come. We have offset 20 tonnes to date.

Queenscourt Hospice
Queenscourt is our Charity of the Year for 2026. PSM are supporting their Keep Queenscourt in Service appeal which calls on people across Southport and the region to continue standing alongside their local hospice – whether through regular giving, fundraising, donating, volunteering or supporting Queenscourt’s shops. Public Sector Media have supplied 12 months of funded OOH advertising to support their message.
